How to Purchase

In order to make purchases through the sitewww.iosselliani.com , you will be requested to register and provide your personal details. In particular, customers must provide their real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. Furthermore, when ordering items, you will be required to provide payment details and you represent and warrant that the payment details you provide on ordering are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing information provided. Purchase on the site is available only to individuals and others who meet the IOSSELLIANI terms of eligibility, who have been issued a valid credit card by a bank acceptable to IOSSELLIANI, whose applications are acceptable to IOSSELLIANI and who have authorised IOSSELLIANI to process a charge or charges on their credit card in the amount of the total purchase price for the merchandise which they purchase (see Payment). Purchases made on the site are for the personal or gift use of the buyer only and are not to be used for re-sale, commercial purposes or any other commercial benefit. IOSSELLIANI reserves the right to restrict multiple quantities of an item being shipped to any one customer or postal address. Moreover, by making an offer to purchase merchandise, you expressly authorise us to perform credit checks and, to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit card, to obtain an initial credit card authorisation and to authorise individual purchase transactions.

 

Orders-Taxes

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. IOSSELLIANI offers products for sale that are in stock and available for dispatch from our warehouse. All prices and offers remain valid as advertised from time to time. The EURO price of a product displayed on the site at the time the order is accepted will be honoured. Please note that all transactions will be in EURO only, US DOLLARS prices are shown only for the buyer reference.

Commercial order’s final price includes 22% VAT, duties and taxes for EEC citizens only (Directive 2008/8/CE). Extra UE duties and taxes are determined by the shipping address entered at checkout. IOSSELLIANI is not responsible for any extra fee charged by customs.

Refused Shipments: If you decide to refuse any shipments from IOSSELLIANI, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to IOSSELLIANI. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

 

Acceptance of Your Order

Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is NOT an acceptance of your order. Unless you cancel your order in accordance with our Cancellation policy below, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and IOSSELLIANI will be perfected when we despatch the goods to you. IOSSELLIANI reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn or that you do not meet the eligibility criteria set-out above. Furthermore, IOSSELLIANI may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. IOSSELLIANI will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from the Site whether or not that merchandise has been sold; removing, screening or editing any materials or content on the Site; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

 

Payment

Payment can be made by Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, JCB, UnionPay and Paypal. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon receipt of your order by IOSSELLIANI. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to IOSSELLIANI, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

 

Insurance

IOSSELLIANI insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. You will be asked to sign for any goods delivered at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.

 

Tracking Your Order

You can check the current status of your shipment by mailing us at the contact page. Simply give us your unique tracking number which we e-mailed to you, and we will track your shipment for you. IOSSELLIANI will store a record of your transactions for a minimum of one year. Please note that for your security only a record of your transaction is kept on the IOSSELLIANI web site, your credit card details are not held on the Web site.

 

Vacations

All purchases placed from December 24th to January 6th inclusive will be processed upon our re-opening on Thursday, January 7th.

 

Product care

IOSSELLIANI creations are the ultimate in fashion jewelry, and like all precious treasures need to be taken as such. We recommend storing the pieces preferably in our beautiful padded case to prevent the surfaces from scratching. Perfumes and every day wear will all take their toll on your IOSSELLIANI jewels, so try to keep contact with cosmetics down to a minimum. We also recommend not to wear your jewelry while washing hands, or while swimming.
The natural materials may present some dots and shades after a while, which are considered as beautiful as Nature can be. The colors and styles will vary between the different collections and designs, but each piece is produced following a premium standard of production.
Gemstones and platings can naturally diminish over time, but with the proper love and care your IOSSELLIANI pieces will remain beautiful for years to come.
IOSSELLIANI jewellery is nickel free, although it is not guaranteed as hypo-allergenic.

 

Refund and Returns Policy

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please notify us within 14 (fourteen) days: we will exchange or substitute it. To arrange a return, if the item you received is faulty or is not what you originally ordered, please email us at the contact page quoting your name and address, details of the product (style ref.), order number/ID, the reason why you would like to return the item. We will then advise you on how to proceed with the return. You have 14 (fourteen) days to return the merchandise. We will not process claims for goods received as faulty after this period of time. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. We cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit. If you are returning an item for a refund or an exchange, the total cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility, shipping fees and custom duties included. Your original postage costs will not be refunded unless the item you received was sent in error or is faulty (providing we are notified of faults within 7 days of receipt).

All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing and be in an unworn condition. We will not refund goods that have been worn, do not have their original packaging or show obvious signs of abuse. Goods that are returned to us without their original packaging will be refunded less a deduction of 10%.

Please note that customized, engraved or bespoke pieces, One-of-a-Kind and items purchased during promotional sales or with a discount code greater than 10% are final sale and non-refundable.

In the event of any failure to return any goods to us within the stipulated time limits, even though validly cancelled, we shall have the right to charge any costs of recovery of the goods. A tracking number is required to monitor all dispatches. Thank you for notifying us of the upcoming delivery.

Shipping

IOSSELLIANI offers delivery to more than 100 countries around the world as indicated on the order form. We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, however, please allow up to 8 days for delivery as external factors may cause delays. Your order will be shipped once:

  1. Payment has been approved.
  2. The delivery/billing address has been verified.

In calculating when your order will arrive, start with the day in which both these prerequisites have been met and count only business days thereafter. Both domestic and international orders are processed and shipped Monday through Thursday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and Friday from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. All orders placed after 1:00 pm on Friday will be processed the following Monday. Please also note that once an order has been placed we are unable to make any changes or cancellations.

Shipping costs will be calculated upon checkout depending on the size, weight and destination of your package. All shipping is handled by IOSSELLIANI carrier partners, while you will be informed via e-mail on the name of the selected courier and the tracking number once the order is processed IOSSELLIANI will store a record of your transactions for a minimum of one year. Please note that for your security only a record of your transaction is kept on the IOSSELLIANI website, your credit card details are not held on the website.

The following table is only an indication of shipping costs; actual costs depend on the size and weight configuration of the merchandise purchased. Shipping costs are calculated on the basis of the shipping address if the amount of the shopping cart is less than € 350,00 VAT incl. (shipping costs included). If the amount of the shopping cart exceeds or is equal to € 350,00 VAT incl. (shipping costs included), the shipping is free.

IOSSELLIANI is responsible of each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. You will be asked to sign for any goods delivered at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.

In case of International Shipping, duties and taxes are not included in the total at checkout. They are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery. The international shipping cost incurred at the time of check out is non-refundable. Customers will not be refunded the shipping cost in the event that an International Shipment is refused by the receiver.

For customized items, as My Friend Ring are, we require from 7 to 15 days for shipment.

Social Security Number

Private USA citizens and non-USA citizens residing in the USA who import Internet goods from abroad are required to have a Social Security Number and must release this number willingly to the express courier or broker. Non-USA citizen/resident who DO NOT have a USA Social Security can provide a CBP – Customs Border Protection – assigned number (The process to obtain a CBP assigned import number generally takes 10 business days).
